Useful Information

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a hassle-free 30-day period for you to return your products to us. We only ask that they are unopened, sealed and show no signs of use. (In the condition you received them basically) We only cover postage return costs if you can prove your order contained a mistake or faulty item. All refunds are processed back to the method they were paid.

 

We just ask for a couple of things:

  • Proof of purchase

  • The goods to be returned to us within 30 days

  • All original accessories/parts of the item(s) included

 

Some products are exempt from our hassle-free 30-day return policy but you’ll be made aware of that before payment. Your product may be marked with an asterisks (*) on your Sales Card Voucher. These items are usually custom-made waterslide decals, code 3 models or specially picked model figures- anything unique to your order. 

ORDERS

Orders will be fulfilled once full payment is receivedUnless, otherwise agreed between us and you.

Orders before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders after 2pm we cannot guarantee that they will be dispatched the same working day, but will be the next working day.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday. We do not enter orders into any postal systems on a Saturday or Sunday, including Bank Holidays.

If any products are not available due to an error you'll be notified as soon as possible. You'll receive a refund or back-order if you choose.

Please ensure you give us the correct contact details as part of your order. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We’re sorry to hear this but sometimes these things happen! Depending on the fault you may be covered by your manufacture guarantee, you'll need to contact them to claim.

 

If the manufacturer is us we may be able to assist with a repair, replacement or refund.

Please contact us if your product develops a fault.

REFUNDS & PAYMENTS

Please note that credit/debit card refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to be refunded due to the speed of the banking systems. PayPal refunds can take significantly longer or can get ‘Held’ by PayPal.

 

If your refund is ‘Held’ please contact PayPal as this is out of our control. Gift card refunds are instantly credited back to your original gift card. 

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards which are processed through Square Up and also PayPal.

Card details, linked addresses, names and any other connected information is never stored by us and we will only use the granted information to charge you for our products/services.

Your payment card will be charged accordingly once you confirm your order.


If you choose to purchase through PayPal you will be charged for all your items immediately.

DELIVERY

We mainly use, but not subject to, Royal Mail for all our orders we send out. If we deem it suitable we reserve the right to split your order(s) across multiple packages/envelopes. 

International parcels are sent via default country postal networks. 

For missed deliveries you need to contact the postal company as to the status of your package(s) location. It may need redelivering, collecting or have been left with a neighbour. 

For items not received please check for a 'calling card' and check with the courier first. After this, please get in touch with your order details and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Sometimes we are bound by couriers to comply with their missing parcel policies.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

As an international client, anyone posting to outside the United Kingdom, you'll get 60 days to return your goods. Please remember to insure your packages for return and we advise using a tracked and signed service. We cannot be held responsible for missing/damaged returns.

 

Missing items are only actionable after 25 working days, we will however work quickly with the courier to ensure you get your item(s) as soon as possible.

For orders all taxes, charges or custom fees are the responsibility of the consumer in the foreign country and not us, the seller.

All orders are sent with sufficient protection for claims against loss or damage. Please contact us if your order is lost or damaged.

ANYTHING ELSE

Prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time.

We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, from time to time our suppliers (Including ourselves) may update products, slight variations in colour and size may occur but are very uncommon.

Images are for illustrational purposes only meaning any background items/objects may not be included within the sale of the product(s).

 

For model figures we cannot guarantee that you will get the exact poses/variations as pictured. Contact us for more details.

You agree to these conditions as outlined below as soon as you either purchase from our website or use our website in accordance. Your statutory rights are never effected.

We are constantly thinking of new ways to offer customer convenience so these policies may change from time to time. 

 

GM Model Supplies cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website. When you place an order to purchase a product from GM Model Supplies your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

GM Model Supplies endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, GM Model Supplies does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
