Privacy Policy:

GM Model Supplies ('us', 'we' or 'our') operates www.gmmodelsupplies.co.uk ('the Site'). This section informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your personal information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance to this policy.

Information Collection & use:

While using the Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address and telephone number(s) ('Personal Information').

Log Data:

Like many sites opertors, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ('Log Data'). This log data may include information such as your computers internet protocol ('IP') address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit.

It shall be the responsibility of the administrator to keep and use your log data and personal information in accordance to such privacy laws of the United Kingdom.

Terms and Conditions:

This section outlines our policies for Ordering, Postage and Couriers, Payment, Returns and Exchanges.


All in stock items purchased from our Site will be dispatched the same working day (Mon-Fri) if ordered before 2pm. We guarntee that all Site orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of full payment. Due to the hand-made nature of certain products it may take longer to dispatch these certain items.

GM Model Supplies uses the latest stock software intergrated within the Site but sometimes an item might be incorrectly stocked. In such an occasion we will inform you within 24 hours of the order time and date to give you two options. This will either be to wait for the stock of the item(s) to be replenished or to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please see the 'Refunds and Exchanges' section for more details on refund policies.

We reserve the right to change prices and shipping charges without notification to the buyer. If an item is bought at an incorrect price we have the right to cancel or refuse to continue with the sale until the correct/revised price is paid or we will issue you an automatic refund.

Postage and Courier:

GM Model Supplies chooses the most efficient courier method for your order and reserves the right to change couriers or to ship your order in  multiple packages. We use the following approved courier providers: Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Collect Plus, and U.P.S.


GM Model Supplies accepts the following methods of payment for Site orders: Visa Debit or Credit, American Express, Mastercard, and PayPal. All orders must be paid in full in advance of delivery. There is a 14 working day time period where if full payment still isn't received then we will cancel your order automaticlally and cannot guarentee the same stock level or product availability as the original order.

All Site payment gateways and methods use a secure server which encrypts sensitive card/account information you enter during the payment process. In the unlikely event that you think something doesn't look legitimate during the payment section please contact us as soon as possible. GM Model Supplies will never ring/text or email to ask you to confirm personal information or bank details.

Returns and Exchanges:

You may return most new, unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of the receipt/proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange once notifying us. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return/exchange is a result of our error (if you receive and incorrect items  or defective item). We will not pay for any return shipping on non-defective returned items or returns through your choice. Any items returned after 30 days or without notification will be rejected.

If you choose for a refund you should expect to receive the refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item(s) from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes is to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your Bank/PayPal to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

If you choose for an exchange you should expect to receive the new product(s) within 5-10 business days. We can only deliver the new exchanged items to the original order address. Any difference in price can only be placed under credit on your account or onto one of our gift cards.

Some items such as Customised Waterslide Decals can not be returned for an exchange or refund unless they are faulty or defective. We will always notify you of any items you purchase which are excluded from our 30 Day Return Policy.

If you need to return or exchange an item please contact us with your order details and about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly to further advise you on the necessary steps.

International Returns:

For international buyers you have up to 60 days to return or request an exchange for the item(s). We will only pay for any return shipping costs, excluding custom charges, if the items were defective or incorrect in the original order. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to product(s) during transit neither the loss of any packages being returned. It is the buyers duty to ensure that you send the item tracked and insured with sufficent protection.


Your statutory rights are not effected by these policies. Our main aim is customer satisfaction so please contact us before every return or exchange request to see if we can help more or use another method to increase your satisfaction.
