RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a hassle-free 30-day period for you to return your products to us. We only ask that they are unopened, sealed and show no signs of use.

Buyers are responsible for any return postage cost unless prior consent is authorised by us due to a mistake with your order. Unless otherwise agreed all costs and insurance lays with the buyer to ensure your return reaches us in the condition explained above.

All refunds are processed back to the method they were paid with no exceptions. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to fully process due to the speed of the banking systems. If a Gift Card was used your balance will be returned to your Gift Card within 24 hours. PayPal refunds can take significantly longer or be ‘Held’ by PayPal. Please contact PayPal if this is the case as this is out of our control.

Please ensure the following:

  • Provide us with your proof of purchase (order number)
  • The goods to be returned to us within 30 days of invoice/receipt
  • All original accessories/parts of the item(s) included

Any items excluded from our hassle-free return policy will be notified at time of order before payment. Normally these include customised items but are not limited to this.

ORDERS

An order indicates to us that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

All orders are fulfilled once payment has been settled.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday the same day but this is not a guarantee and shall not be assumed this is part of any binding contract.

Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm shall be assumed for dispatch on the following Monday (Excluding bank holidays) unless otherwise stated.​

Next-Day Delivery service is only available Monday to Friday and not currently offered for Saturday delivery.

If any products are not available due to an error you'll be notified as soon as possible. You'll receive a refund or back-order if you choose this as your referred method.

We’ll aim to contact customers 3 times before automatically cancelling orders due to stock or fulfilment errors.

We do not hold or store customer’s card details. If a customer wishes for us to hold their card details securely within the payment issuer then written consent will be requested.

Card payments are securely processed through our Card Issuer built into our website using the latest encryption and security.

We will have access to your details to be able to confirm, accept and process your order which normally includes, but not limited to, your Billing Address, Shipping Address, Name, Contact Email, Phone Number and any order specific Notes entered at the time of ordering. We will not use your contact details for marketing unless prior consent is received or you sign up to our marketing preferences allowing us to contact you.

Please ensure you give us the correct contact details, including both billing and shipping addresses, as part of your order. We cannot be held responsible for any order date errors. If you notice that there is an error in your order please contact us and we’ll try and ensure your order is amended.

Although we aim to update images to show a true reflection of the product being purchased all images on the website are to be assumed as reference standard stock images. Unless otherwise stated the item received may not truly reflect that as pictured on the product image pages(s). Unfortunately, supplier’s change product specifics without prior warning. If certain product attributions are required we recommend contacting us to confirm before ordering.

If placing a Back-Order or Pre-Order you will be charged for the full order value. Delivery times of such products are estimated and provided from the manufacturer and/or supplier and are never guarnteed. Dispatch of these items confirms they form part of the sales contract. We will endevour to inform you should item specifics or lead times should change giving the option to cancel the order.

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards which are processed through the website by SagePay and also PayPal.

​Your payment card will be charged accordingly once you confirm your order.

If you choose to purchase through PayPal you will be charged for all your items immediately.

FAULTY ITEMS

We’re sorry to hear this but sometimes these things happen! Depending on the fault you may be covered by your manufacture guarantee, you'll need to contact them to claim. We are happy to help where we can but in most cases the manufacture will prefer to deal directly with the purchasing customer.

If the manufacturer is us we may be able to assist with a repair, replacement or refund.

DELIVERY

We mainly use our partner courier Royal Mail to fulfil all orders. However, we may deem it necessary to use another fulfilment courier partner such as, but not limited to, Hermes, UPS or DHL.

Delivery speed will depend upon the service selected. All displayed delivery dates and lead times are for information only and are not guaranteed. All delivery dates provided are estimated unless otherwise stated,

​International orders are sent via our partner courier Royal Mail. We will aim to use a Tracked service and also a Tracked & Signed service if this is available. All parcels will be sent insured to the value of the goods within. It’s the Buyer’s responsibility to settle any Import Taxes/Duties. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to Customs and Inspections of packages. You tracking details will provide the latest information if your package is Pending Investigation by Customs/Border Force.

Sometimes Couriers will deliver parcels to a neighbouring address and will aim to leave you a ‘Calling Card’ telling you where the parcel is. A card will also be left for missed deliveries and informing you how to collect or re-arrange the delivery. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to schedule a re-delivery or collection. Normally, 3 delivery attempts will be made but this is dependent on the courier used to fulfil your order.

​Sometimes we are bound by couriers to comply with their missing parcel policies and this could result in waiting up to 10 working days for deliveries to commence. 

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

As an international client, anyone posting to outside the United Kingdom, you'll get 60 days to return your goods. Please remember to insure your packages for return and we advise using a tracked and signed service. We cannot be held responsible for missing/damaged returns.

Missing items are only actionable after 25 working days, we will however work quickly with the courier to ensure you get your item(s) as soon as possible.

​For orders all taxes, charges or custom fees are the responsibility of the consumer in the foreign country and not us, the seller.

​All orders are sent with sufficient protection for claims against loss or damage. Please contact us if you believe your order is lost or arrives damaged.

PRICING

Prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time.

IMAGES

We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, from time to time our suppliers (Including ourselves) may update products, slight variations in colour and size may occur but are very uncommon.

Images are for illustrational purposes only meaning any background items/objects may not be included within the sale of the product(s).

For model figures we cannot guarantee that you will get the exact poses/variations as pictured. Contact us for more details.

Disclaimer

You agree to these conditions as outlined below as soon as you either purchase from our website or use our website in accordance. Your statutory rights are never effected.

GM Model Supplies cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website. When you place an order to purchase a product from GM Model Supplies your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

However, GM Model Supplies does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
